I warmly welcome you to the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences (AFS). I am proud to introduce you to one of the most prestigious business colleges in the region. We promote our values of effective education, critical thinking, and supporting practice, making students the center of our operation.  Our distinguished 40+ faculty members, most of whom obtained their degree from (AACSB) accredited institutions, master outstanding class teaching through active learning. They provide our students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences that enable them to assume leading roles and constitute a solid working force to promote businesses. We promote modern business practices in our programs. Our reputable world class staff seek to enhance practice with cutting edge research.

Business environment is constantly changing with the introduction of newer technologies, government regulations, diversity, and globalization that forged the door wide-open to e-marketing, e-business and e-commerce. Therefore, we seek to transform our students into innovative thinkers and effective business professionals that possess entrepreneurial skills to face today’s global environment with confidence.

During the past two decades we witnessed record enrollments to our state-of-the-art programs with unparalleled range of choices that includes: Accounting, Financial and banking Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Hospitals and Health Care Management. Through our programs, we invest in our students and aim at creating value for the benefit of the local community as-well-as the global market needs.

We engage our students in undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate education. The college of Graduate Studies campus in Ramallah has cutting-edge facilities that offer a variety of Master programs including MBA, which are highly rewarding and stimulating. In addition, we incepted a PhD program in Business. Our MBA and PhD programs are joint programs in collaboration with Indiana University of Pennsylvania (U.S.A). Our students receive their MBA and PhD diplomas from Indiana University which is an (AACSB) accredited Institution.

All of our students are provided with hands-on internship training before graduation. We collaborate with a plethora of local as-well-as international partners. Students receive relevant training that realistically introduces them to the business environment and atmosphere. Furthermore, we reach out to the local market to gain feedback in an effort to pursue a more effective curricular development.
