AAUP is Ready for the Conference of " the Right to Peaceful Assembly in Palestinian Territories "

Dr. Ghassan Allian Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University and head of the Preparatory Committee of the Conference assured the importance of the conference, where the conference will be talking about one of the forms of the right to freedom of opinion and expression. He pointed out that peaceful assembly is one of the legitimate ways of expressing opinion and political participation to build a democratic system, based on ensuring respect for human rights and human dignity.

He said that the conference will contain three sessions, hoping that the conference will deliver applicable recommendations.
